Like the bows of ships navigating toward the Bosphorus, the building shape merges with the plaza design and footh paths. The result is a clear geometric design that draws inspiration from typical Turkish cultural forms, ad evolves in a new, strong and very recognizable modern architecture. The green landscaped area is an irreplaceable part of the new living space. A real ‘urban hill’ with tall trees and a rich vegetation is situated in the northern side and is facing existing low rise buildings. An ‘urban park’ is at the disposal of the citizens in the southern part of the site. The commercial part is endowed with a great variety of shops, bars and restaurant that won’t make the costumer ‘feel lost’.

Come prue di navi che navigano verso il Bosforo, le due torri protagoniste di questo intervento nella citt‡ di Istanbul si fondo nell’impronta a terra con piazze, giardini, percorsi carrabili e pedonali, che prendono spunto da forme geometriche proprie della tradizione culturale turca. Sul lato nord dell’area una collina mitiga il contrasto della torre pi˘ alta con gli altri edifici preesistenti, le cui finestre affacciano su alberi ad alto fusto. A sud un parco urbano ed edifici bassi concorrono alla riconnessione con il tessuto urbano esistente. Il complesso prevede la realizzazione di negozi, bar e ristoranti, oltre a residenze e uffici, dotati di un grande parcheggio interrato.
