This architectural project was developed by Enrico Iascone Architects. It regards the construction of new morgue connected to the Hospice M.T.C. Seràgnoli, a medical centre of excellence in palliative treatments for not curable diseases in the village of Bentivoglio near Bologna. The building has a simple rectangular plan and its surrounded by big windows that allow the view to the wood around. The Project Management role included the supervision and the control of the authoritative activities and the realization of the entire complex through the programming and the continuous updating of the project management (time-scale, budget forecast, report etc.).

Progetto dello Studio IasconeArchitetti per un nuovo edificio da destinare a camera mortuaria nell’area del complesso Hospice Seragnoli, fondazione, con sede a Bentivoglio (Bo) dedita alla cura dei malati terminali. E’ stato realizzato un volume semplice, circondato da ampie vetrate in affaccio sull’area verde circostante. Il forte sbalzo del solaio di copertura protegge dall’irraggiamento solare, e funziona come contenimento di un articolato sistema di illuminazione e impiantistica. L’incarico di project management si esprime nel coordinamento e controllo di tutte le attività specialistiche necessarie al rispetto di costi e tempi imposti dalla Committenza.
